In this workshop, we will discuss what ownership linkage is all about:

  • Why bother anyway?
  • How to connect with owners?
  • What to talk about?
  • What questions to ask?
  • What methods work?
  • What to do with the information when you get it?
Each of these areas will be illustrated from the “live” experience of two different boards, with time for questions and discussion.
